Kim Bui elected to IOC Athletes Commission

At the 142nd IOC session, held in Paris (FRA) on the eve of the Olympic Games, four new Athletes Representatives were elected onto the IOC Athletes Commission. Among them, the legendary track and field star Allyson Felix, and our very own Kim Bui.

The former Artistic gymnast, winner of the bronze medal on bars at the 2011 Europeans, and again with her German team at her last competition, the 2022 Europeans in Munich, will serve a term of eight years, up to the 2032 Olympic Games in Brisbane (AUS).

Chair by Finnish ice hockey player Emma Terho, the mission of the IOC Athletes' Commission is to represent athletes within the Olympic Movement, support them so they can succeed in their sporting and non-sporting careers, and empower the network of athlete representatives.

We wish Kim all the best in this exciting career!
